Sim Stain Concrete Stain is an exciting environmentally safe alternative to reactive stains that is non-hazardous.

It is a water based environmentally safe green product with low VOC content.

Sim Stain penetrates the pores of cementitious products providing the multi-hued, variegated, mottled look of natural stone with immediate color; no cleanup or neutralization needed.

Sim Stain can also be used with reactive stains, after neutralization to correct color problems.

Sim Stain is UV resistant and can be used on interior or exterior applications. Sim Stain color may be built up with over 27 colors to choose from that can be mixed freely for further color variance.
