CONSEQUENCE FORMA is an architectural practice founded in 2016 with the aim of shaping and creating unique urban and architectural solutions, considering contemporary interdisciplinary and cultural discourse. Focused on projects at the intersection of architecture and urbanism, settlement development strategies, urban public spaces, and urban, individual, and social housing, as well as public institutions and small interventions in public space, it establishes new connections and collaborations across disciplines.
The studio has distinguished itself through success in open urban and architectural competitions and Vienna-based experience with large-scale projects. In 2022, the studio received an Honorable Mention in the Czech Architecture Prize, the Grand Prix of the Architects' Community, and the Chairman of the Senate Miloš Vystrčil Award for the Sports Hall project in Nový Hrozenkov. Currently, the Moravian Square Park in Brno has been completed. Through this project, the studio aims to demonstrate its approach to creating inclusive public spaces. Other important projects include the transformation of a brewery into the New Municipal Center Rybáře in Karlovy Vary, a new part of the city of Brno for thousands of residents – South Center, the extension of the historically protected Small Versailles in Karlovy Vary, the reconstruction of Masaryk Gymnasium in Vsetín with an extension of the sports hall, and the Sadová Park, Kindergarten, and Primary School for 540 students in Brno.
The studio specializes in implementing BIM into the design process, collaborates with Viennese studios, organizes student workshops, and participates in public architectural-urban competitions and competition juries. One of the most interesting experiences this year was the international competition workshop 4kvadrant for Victory Square in Prague.
