As part of a major capital improvement, MdeAS revitalized this significant 1960’s building into the Twenty-First Century with a new program for storefront and lobby. A simple complimentary design included a dignified and monumental lobby cladded in white marble with timeless materials and sophisticated detailing. This multimillion-dollar lobby and plaza renovation redefined the building’s aesthetic, ultimately appealing to new tenants filling large vacancies throughout the building. MdeAS transformed the lobby, storefront and surrounding exteriors and fulfilled the owner’s goal of recreating the building’s prominence on the Avenue of the Americas.
