Amsterdam 68 is a project that not only opens to the environment, but also creates a conversation between its context and the spaces that define it.
During the design process, we took the challenge of the height restriction given by the construction guidelines and in response, we achieved the optimization of the spaces in order to maximize the potential of the lot, and above all created open areas of great quality.
Its generous lobby welcomes with endemic vegetation and concrete textures, as the apartments, characterized by their wide common areas, extend towards the street through large terraces with direct view to the neighboring trees.
