By taking advantage of the varied architectural character of three historic prison buildings, QEA designed an arts-centered community that incorporates the original masonry and iron prison features to create a rich visual backdrop for the work of local artists. Shared-spaces include a largemultipurpose room, galleries and shared studios. 62 live-work units offer 23 unique floorplans.
