Juxtaposition
Breaking rhythms with logical frameworks, and mixing with loose and free volumes, has always been one of the architectural approaches of Mokhtari Design Construction Studio team.
In this project, an attempt has been made to separate the two uses of public and private spaces with their own characters in a general form.
For this purpose, in the bedroom section of the project, terraces and cubicles are used to break the dry and soulless geometry of the space. The juxtaposition of boxes on top of each other has made the southern corner of the project provide ideal viewing conditions for passers-by. Based on Iranian architecture, bricks have been used as openings so that the residents can use the terraces overlooking the street with better peace.
