Brevan Howard is a leading global alternative investment management platform, specializing in global macro and digital assets. They manage assets for institutional investors around the world including sovereign wealth funds, corporate and public pension plans, foundations and endowments. SAY Studio were approached for the refurbishment of their offices in Tower 2 of Al Sarab Towers.
The workspace is inclusive of a high-end front-of-house, a spacious reception and boardrooms with easy access to executive offices. In addition there are trading desks, meeting spaces and private offices. The occupational density and space planning follows Brevan Howard‘s workspace design standards and branding guidelines. The layout is planned that all employees have an easy access to common facilites such as collaborative spaces, phone booths, pantries & refreshment areas.
The design seeks to embody the principles of refinement, prominence, and welcoming. A dramatic entrance with a combination of sleek, modern design elements and high-end materials like glass and polished marble welcomes visitors and staff to the space. Meeting rooms and executive areas are designed with visibility and accessibility in mind, ensuring they are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and luxurious finishes.A refined color palette combines neutral tones with subtle accents, ensuring a professional and calming environment.
High-quality, ergonomic furniture and advanced technology is seamlessly integrated into the workspace to reflect the Brevan Howard’s commitment to excellence. Warm lighting, natural materials, and soft textures create an inviting and pleasant environment. The design of common areas such as lounges, break rooms, and collaborative spaces with comfortable furniture and amenities encourage interaction and relaxation.
