Brevan Howard, one of the largest "macro hedge funds" in the world, approached SAY Studio for the design of their new offices in ICD Brookfield, DIFC. From a planning perspective, there was a need for flexibility in the workspace for additional workstations, meeting space and/or private offices. The occupational density and space planning were derived from Brevan Howard's workspace design standard and branding guidelines. As a result, the layout is flexible and capable of supporting Brevan Howard office, and its employees.
The design seeks to embody the principles of refinement, prominence, and welcoming. A grand entrance with refined marble and welcoming touches, such as comfortable seating and friendly staff. This area sets the tone for the entire workplace. The workstations are designed with high-quality materials and ergonomic features, while ensuring they are flexible and comfortable. Finally, the common areas both prominent and inviting. Elegant design elements and strategic lighting highlight these spaces while ensuring they are comfortable and engaging.
