Collaborating with Irgens and Carlinville Area Hospital, HGA designed the single-story, 28,000 SF, $7.5 million medical office building that will provide needed outpatient physician clinic space, physical and occupational therapy, and senior behavioral health services to the community. The medical office building is physically connected to the existing hospital with primary care services in a separate space for Carlinville Family Health Care, and the Springfield Clinic and Sleep Lab. A multi-purpose room, with a capacity for more than 60 participants, will be available for use by hospital staff and the general community for various programs.
