Designed within a gated community of ZMG for a young family, this house divides its program into three floors - service, social and private areas.
The entrance to the house is emphasized by a staircase leading from the board level and visually topped with a tree that houses the house entrance located right in the center of the property - being the hub of the stairs a natural divider between one space and another - kitchen is separated from living and dining, as well as kids bedrooms from master bedroom.
A different palette of materials is proposed in each level, starting with metal plates in the basement, travertine marble plates on ground floor and granite for the upper floor facade.
