Akin to the close proximity and terraced houses of European villages, Collection XI explores how a standalone residence can be both intensely private yet still connected with the communal nature of a multi-residential development.
The 11individual town homes present a crisp and minimal interior palette focusing on clean lines, natural textures and sharp, bold interactions. Complimenting the overall aesthetics of the architecture, the palette was developed to allow the residents to further personalise the homes with their own personality.
Carefully considered apertures create interactions with the surroundings without compromising on privacy. The verdant landscape is framed with full height windows and sliding walls of glass, bringing a seamless interaction between the interior and exterior of the homes. Light is filtered in through timber screens while an expansive skylight above the bath creates a unique bathing experience under the stars.
