Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Sukhumvit 38, Curvistan Bangkok is a groundbreaking architectural refurbishment and interior renovation project that merges automotive culture with contemporary architectural principles. Officially unveiled in August 2024, this bold transformation was spearheaded by Stefan Bogner, the founder of Curves magazine, in collaboration with Thai real estate developer Chanond Ruangkritya. The result is a multidimensional space that blurs the lines between Porsche’s iconic design philosophy, modern art, and urban lifestyle.
The architectural vision behind Curvistan Bangkok is deeply influenced by Porsche’s aesthetic sensibilities, resulting in a building that radiates elegance and innovation. The entrance to the venue is designed to evoke the fluidity of automotive engineering, incorporating organic curves and natural topographies into its structure. The space is framed by a tunnel-like form, which orchestrates a dynamic journey as visitors move through it, enhancing the sense of anticipation as they enter the space. Surrounding the building is a white chain mesh façade, which interacts with the surrounding light and natural elements, producing a constantly shifting visual impression that reinterprets traditional facades.
