A new brand of the finest handcrafted saris from Benares, contemporary and traditional, demanded that the retail solution had a sense of exclusivity yet ease of shopping for the buyer. The design strategy was to contemporize the traditional retail sari buying experience - Taking inspiration from the shopkeepers from the narrow streets of the crowded bazaars of Banaras – and reinventing it.
This would bring in a sense of familiar comfort and yet have a sense of freshness and exclusivity.
