This houses complex was built in 1953 as "minimal home", post-war and on-budget social housing. Never dismissed, this complex is still inhabited and liked for its unique characteristics of being a terraced house complex and for directly give to the Lambro Park, unique features in the city of Milan. Now it require a requalification for it to being still comfortable with today living standard and up to the recent laws. My work consisted on planning a requalification of an unit: designing the interiors for a young couple and an energy requalification to meet the most recent Italian laws on energy saving. Using CENED, energy certification software for the Lombardy region, this house was tested to bring the energy consumption from a G level to a B level (from 419 to 44 kWh/m2 year).
