Find customer childhood, Sergei Makhno in this project gets full carte blanche. This, seemingly comfortable situation hides in itself increased responsibility. To create space for life close friend twice more complex: it is important not miss a beat and the maximum laid justify expectations.
In an area of 130 square meters are located all the usual areas - spacious living room, recessed kitchen, bedroom with subtle notes of classical music in gentle tones of sand, practically equipped children's bathroom home and a guest bathroom. Basic design solutions focused on open space living room-dining room. Living room just to not enter the field of view, it is separated from the entrance of a small wall that acts as an additional area TV. The walls are partly decorated flooring, but also where they just painted, and not empty. The accent are three scenic panels, reminiscent of Mark Rothko. The idea of creating a triptych Sergei occurred at a time when he left all hope to find a suitable picture, which also would be appropriate in the interior and liked to customer.
The space is filled apartment recognizable designer furniture (sofa B & B Italia, table, chairs and armchair Poliform), as well as copyright objects design studio Makhno - a coffee table, a vase from the series "Invariants", furniture in the living room. Guestbook zone as part of the collection is decorated with sculptures and traditional Ukrainian pottery, which has already become a significant element of decor Sergey Makhno.
However, the leading role of aesthetics in the iconic designer lamps reserved - Zeppelin Marcel Wanders (Flos) Beat Light series by Tom Dixon. Fixtures intentionally large, bulky and symmetrical - that's established itself as a trend. A large number of light sources is justified not only aesthetically, but functionally, the hosts provided freedom of choice of lighting scenarios.
Eclectic nature of which would be concluded with a practical value, was the main goal of the designers in the design of the interior, and it can be considered successfully reached.
