This house, a farmhouse of the late '70s, was structurally modified by several interventions. First, the interior was stretched into the outer space, for maximizing the relationship with the garden. On the other hand, much attention was paid to privacy by designing the street facade as close as possible. The courtyard ensures that, despite the closed facade, the sitting room is filled with plenty of light. The new volume has room for a spacious seating area with views to the garden and courtyard.
