Liuxiandong Headquarters Base 1, located on the west side of Xili Central District, Nanshan, Shenzhen, is the start-up area of the Liuxiandong Strategic Emerging Industry Headquarters Base. The project is on the south side of Liuxian Avenue, adjacent to the West Campus of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College to the north, ZTE Industrial Park, and its talent apartment and mountain park to the west. The total site area of this project is 137284.03 square meters, and the GFA is 1.0235 million square meters in terms of floor area ratio. The main functions include R&D rooms, commercial apartments, and commercial buildings. The R&D room has a construction area of 700,000 square meters, a business apartment construction area of 200,000 square meters, a commercial construction area of 100,000 square meters, and a public charging station of 1,100 square meters. In addition, 1,250 square meters of housing for property management. The height of the building is less than 250 meters.
Using the concept of a mixed urban form of high-rise towers + podiums, we have created an attractive public realm through a dynamic public space system while using high-rise towers to obtain high-density office and living spaces.
We have developed a public space system integrating visual corridors, streets, squares, platforms, and business circles. From Zhongxingshan Park in the west of the project site to Shigushan Park in the east and Tanglang Mountain in the far east, we have created an "urban green corridor," connecting the surrounding green urban facilities to form a continuous green system. The constant public space includes the "second floor," which uses undulating terrain and bridge connections to extend the business flow beyond the red line. As a result, the visual corridor of Mountain View has become an immeasurable regional natural landscape resource in the entire planning and design.
