The second floor of the Locke Early Education Center (EEC) is to be converted into a Wellness Center for both the students of neighboring Locke High School and the surrounding community, as well as offices for the Green Dot Organization. The upgrades will include medical, dental, mental health offices, support facilities, office spaces, a classroom, a multi-purpose room, an expanded HVAC system, a reconfigured lighting design to suit each space, and ADA upgrades to the existing building and site.
