Utilize natural slopes and build on the hillside, preserve and combine with the mountain scenery so that the building and nature are harmoniously unified. In the planning and design, careful research and analysis of the slope's slope distribution, we carried out to maintain the various construction sites' characteristics and individuality, preserve and utilize the most natural seascape resources, and establish the unique identity and advantages of the seaside villa.
According to the characteristics of the terrain, we planned to divide it into four regional spaces. We arranged the townhouses in the relatively flat central section and the undulating terrain on the west side of the plot. The most high-end product, independent villas, are placed on the north side of the field with high terrain and good views. The highest part of the rear corner of the plot we designed as a high-rise residence, which will not block the buildings in front but can also maximize seascape resources.
