Modiz Sukhumvit 50 the project that was surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the outside roads and nearby industrial areas. The Hidden sanctuary - Sensory of nature was chosen to be the concept of this project for solving this problem and making a new environmental inside.
Starting with Ground Floor- The hidden sanctuary, this area was designed to be a hidden forest by using trees to buffer pollution from the road outside. The design of seating in the center of this landscape area was elevated to be top of the hill for mimicking the mountain surrounded by green area to create privacy for users. In terms of circulation, the path to access was designed to be natural step with water cascade for sensing natural sound to create more peace and privacy in this space. For the soft scape design, the tropical style concept was used for creating lush and green space.
On top of the building, the Panoramic pool view is designed by using the Chaophraya river view to make this space special. This space consists of 2 parts: the West pool and the East Pool, with the concept of The Sensory of nature. The West pool area consists of the Main Lap pool 25 m., a Panoramic jacuzzi lounge, and a Floating pool bed, while the area of the East pool is a Family zone consisting of a Signature Jacuzzi pool and a Kids pool, creating more relaxation for those who come to use this area.
