Creating a functional and welcoming space in approximately 25m² was a challenge that required creativity and precision. The challenge for MOOD Real Estate Store was to create an environment capable of expressing the brand’s identity and meeting the demands of a real estate agency. It’s not just a question of designing a shop, but a place where architecture and functionality converge, where every detail accurately expresses the brand’s identity.
MOOD was the central inspiration for this project. The brand’s name, which evokes the concept of a ‘moodboard’, was translated into a space that embodies its philosophy. Inspired by the world of fashion, the project reflects a concept that goes beyond a conventional real estate office, bringing the sensibility and the fluidity of a boutique, an environment that reflects a new way of perceiving the relationship with clients, as a space for exchange, trust and inspiration.
The solution to the challenge of such a tight space was to develop a central piece that organises and articulates the different dynamics of the office. This element defines the atmosphere of the space, creating different moments: customer service, private meetings and work areas. The configuration was carefully planned to preserve privacy and ensure flow, reflecting the complexity of real estate interactions. The piece not only organises the space, but also transforms and gives identity to the place, becoming the element that shapes the narrative of this project.
The materials play a fundamental role here, particularly the mirror and glass which, through a play of reflections, visually expand the boundaries of the space and give it a feeling of amplitude. This approach not only optimises the available area, but also reinforces the idea of lightness. In contrast, the neutral colours of the surrounding surfaces were chosen to highlight the central piece, which takes the spotlight and brings out the brand’s personality.
MOOD Real Estate Store is not just a real estate agency, but a space where architecture, design and art come together to create an experience that transcends the utilitarian. With this project, we are using architecture to respond to the complexity of scale, enhancing a space that becomes an experience for the client, emphasising MOOD’s identity.
