This project of 12 rental units, with urban spaces designed to fit the scale of its neighborhood, is located at a symbolic intersection of Rue de l'Aqueduc and Rue Hermine. Overlooking a small green space, the apartments offer generous natural light and an intimate connection with the vibrancy and life of the neighborhood.
The building provides several opportunities to take a breath of fresh air, with Juliet balconies, an inner courtyard, and a spacious rooftop terrace that offers a stunning view of the upper town and the wooded area that cuts through the slope.
Its materiality, unconsciously reminiscent of the contrasting fur of an ermine, gives it a warm appearance characteristic of the Saint-Sauveur neighborhood. The warm-colored clay brick and playful copper-framed openings give it a sense of grandeur at a human scale.
