For their first office in the Kingdom, Natixis wanted to make sure that the space reflected them as a business and represented their culture. They wanted a space that is collaborative, client-facing,
and encouraged communication.
Natixis approached SAY Studio for their new offices in the Kingdom. It marked an investment in the Kingdom, as they were moving from serviced offices to a dedicated space in Al Faisaliah Tower in Riyadh. The new office space will feature five closed offices, four open plan workstations, two meeting rooms and a shared breakout area, with views overlooking Riyadh.
As a global organisation, it was important that the office location has presence and that this was reflected within the design. Their workplace is a true representation of the influence of the location on the interior design.
Although not applying for LEED® or WELL™ certifications, Natixis’ space utlizes a sustainable approach through the application of best practices.
