The last floor in an office building in colonia Cuauhtémoc, became a real challenge, we had to create a timeless and neutral space, which could allow a large range of users from various ages to feel comfortable. As a unique feature in our projects, we continue to pursue great transparency between spaces, as duality between inside and outer spaces, in order to bring natural light to as many working spaces as possible. We where looking to stay away from any preconceived idea of office, creating a unique space for each user. We took advantage of a preexisting terrace, and gave it to our main spaces, including the boardroom. We developed a set of parametric panels which worked in two different ways, first as an axis to connect all the office into a single idea, second to create indirect light sources for some of the offices. The selection of materials and color allowed light to fall indirectly in every room, creating a timeless environment which accomplished the idea of having a warm space.
