PEARL HOUSE is a family residence on the velvet shores of the Persian Gulf. A house that combines Arabian motifs and traditions with the aesthetics and practice of modern minimalism.
A traditional Arabian house has its own peculiarities: separate areas for men's meetings, a family area, and other zones should not intersect. And several entrances to the house had to be separated. So that at least three independent scenarios could unfold simultaneously.
We had to place and coordinate all this on a small plot. In addition, the customers wanted the coast to be visible from almost any part of the house. The water theme in this project is revealed in a special way.
The aesthetic challenge was to combine elements of traditional local architecture and modern functional minimalism. The rhythm helped us here.
