Currently under construction in Bonifacio Global City in Manila, the new Philippine Stock Exchange tower is a 30-story office building designed for developer Ayala Land Premier. The 538,000 SF (50,000 m2) glass tower will be the headquarters for the Philippine Stock Exchange, unifying the trading floors which are currently located at separate sites in Manila.
The Stock Exchange Tower is part of a larger mixed-use development for Ayala Land Premier called One Bonifacio High Street, which includes a 63-story luxury residential tower and a 291,000 SF (27,000 m2) retail mall.
The project is located directly adjacent to the Shangri-La at Fort Bonifacio, also designed by Handel Architects, and the materials and massing are intended to be complementary to the Shangri-La. The projects are tied to one another by interior courts that create the effect of a multi-level urban plaza flanking a shared pedestrian retail corridor.
