It will offer four luxury, 4-story townhouse lofts, each with its own rooftop recreation deck and swimming pool. Each townhouse will have approximately 4,500-5,000 square feet and will feature an entry passage/porch with reflective water fountains. The overall design theme will be sleek and contemporary, with extensive use of glass to maximize light and also reflect magnificent views of the ocean and the lush landscaping that is planned.Each townhouse loft will have its own distinct exterior and interior architectural style because each was conceived by a different designer at RLC. “This collaborative design team approach was a first both for us and for Mr. Thiel,” says Juan C. Caycedo, AIA, RLC’s Principal-in-Charge for Pointe Lofts. “The team shared an overall vision and then each designer articulated the vision in his own way, thus producing a truly uniquely designed, upscale development.”
