The building is located at 277 Puebla Street, in the Roma Norte neighborhood in the Cuauhtémoc Municipality, Mexico City
In this specific project, by having a front on 2 streets, it is possible to have 4 facades, and to have an interior patio 9m wide, which provides spaciousness, lighting and ventilation.
Apartment building with commercial premises on the ground floor, 30 apartments, which are divided into: 2 Town House apartments (2 levels each), 2 Garden House apartments, 19 apartments, and 7 Penthouses (5 of which have a private roof garden) and it has 1 elevator and stairs.
The apartments are distributed with: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, half bathroom (in some cases), one or two bedrooms with dressing room or closet and master bedroom with dressing room or closet and full bathroom.
Parking was solved in 2 basements with space for 63 car spaces, with their respective circulation areas, space for parking motorcycles and bicycles, as well as 10 storage rooms.

The construction system was resolved based on reinforced concrete, forming rigid frames (slabs, beams and columns), which transmit and distribute the loads in a homogeneous manner to the foundation and this in turn distributes it constantly to the ground.
The façade was finished with glass, black painted aluminium and stone material, and the main façade with a double façade, with metal and a wood-like finish.
