Martin Rajniš, 4DS - Milan Hakl, Pavel Mikulenko 70 m2 + 30 m2A small house with large views, and a gigantic terrace. It lies among sharply sloping terraces, facing south. Alice and Pavel Štecha wanted a wooden house. For the fi rst time, we used a Czech variation of the American balloonframe structure. The entire southern side is glass, meaning that it also has to be shaded to keep the house from overheating. The positioning and size are entirely the work of the Štechas, and I am grateful to them that they succeeded so well in placing it in such a beautiful setting.
