For the phased renovation of its corporate headquarters, T. Rowe Price sought a high-performance collaborative workplace and an enhanced community presence. To create a true headquarters feel in this multi-tenant downtown building, Gensler restacked the firm’s operations into the contiguous, 10-story, low-rise portion of the tower, with all floors connected via a single, private elevator. The reconfiguration provides the firm its own identifiable front door, a new secured lobby and easy access. Extensive use of woods, glass and steel provide a sleek yet timeless ambiance, conducive to internal communication and community reach.
