Territoria El Bosque is a 21-story tower in the Apoquindo neighborhood, the business and financial district of Santiago, Chile. The project includes 183,000 sq. ft. (17,000 m²) of Class A office space and 10,800 sq. ft. (1,000 m²) of retail space on the ground level. The project also includes below-grade parking for 370 cars.
One of the defining characteristics of the neighborhood is a ceibo tree, at the corner of the project site, which is over 300 years old. The design concept carries this tree into the building itself, with circular tree-boxes on balconies on every third floor. The boxes house camphor trees, which are well suited for the exposure to high winds on the balconies.
Office tenants include JPMorgan Chase, DG Bank and Novartis.
