This project meets the office and mission requirements of the regional Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) office by planning and designing a realignment/renovation project to effectively utilize approximately 53,300-SF. The new workplace design includes space to meet with veterans, open and closed offices and a call center with expanded capabilities.
This project involved a collaborative programming phase with key VBA Regional Office stakeholders. Maximizing the number of workstations while meeting General Service Administration requirements was an important driver for the renovation With this feedback, AE Works established the program of requirements, including office requirements, adjacencies, current building deficiencies and security needs for both veterans and staff.
