Habitable Facade:The building›s facade serves as a boundary, reducing urban transparency and creating a separation between the city and the structure. In the Villakodeh project, the facade steps back from the city corridor, forming terraces linked by external stairs, transforming it into a habitable space for residents. Each floor’s roof acts as a front yard for the level above, and the greenery on these terraces gives the building a mountainous appearance beside the urban corridor. This design reflects the interconnectedness of city and architecture, reminiscent of the layout in Masouleh.
