The planning design introduces the concept of "low-rise commercial area + high-rise tower" mixed commercial form. On the ground and the lower floors, an exemplary public space system is used to create a dynamic business and achieve a diversified indoor and outdoor retail experience. Using a suitable configuration of the towers, we ensured the office and living spaces' efficiency and rationality. That allows users to enjoy the sun, ventilation, and vision fully. We created a public space commercial system that integrates streets, commercial squares, and shops.
