Yilian Financial Plaza is located in Foshan’s Gaoxin District, where a wide range of mixed-use and residential projects are currently under development. Proposed as a commercial hub, Yilian Financial Plaza has a total site area of around 19,500 sq.m. and a total gross floor area of 120,000 sq. m.
With three high-rise office towers, the development aims to be the district’s first-ever green lifestyle commercial community. The main building is surrounded by a series of box-like offices which form a U-shape that encircles a city garden. The plaza connects to various transportation facilities, including a public transport interchange and a nearby railway station via a “sky street”, seamlessly connecting the project with its natural and urban surroundings.
Yilian Financial Plaza is an entirely new type of office development, creating connections between indoor space and nature and providing vertical greening that extends nature into the modern office space. The end result is a unique contribution to the skyline, with rising roofs connecting layer by layer, extending greenery from the ground to the sky, similar to a beautiful green terraced tea plantation.
